The stack
Most AI lead services are a black box. Ours isn't.
Every node, every vendor, every latency target. Click any block to see what it does, why we chose it, and what it costs you when it fails. We hide nothing — because the system is the product.

Why this: Text gets a 98% open rate. Voice scares people who didn't expect a call. SMS is the right opening move.
What's under the hood
- Twilio for delivery, A2P 10DLC compliant
- Custom-trained model (not vanilla GPT)
- Handles objections, redirects, off-topic
- Hands off to human on detected escalation

Trade-offs we made on purpose
Some calls were easy. Some weren't.
Why SMS first, not voice.
Cold voice calls in 2026 read as scams. SMS gets opened in 90 seconds, on average, by 98% of leads. Voice is reserved for opt-in callbacks.
Why GHL for intake, not Make / Zapier.
Latency. Every hop adds 200–800ms. Webhook → GHL → AI is one handoff. Adding Zapier in the middle pushes us past the <60s target.
Why we don't auto-disclose AI by default.
We disclose on direct ask — ‘is this a bot?’ — every time, no exceptions. But unprompted disclosure cuts qualifying-rate by ~40% with no measurable trust gain.
Why the calendar is canonical, not CRM.
CRMs lie. Agents forget to update them. The calendar is what you actually look at tomorrow morning, so that’s the source of truth we lock against.
